Please be assured of the quality control of the chemical composition and mechanical properties. There're experienced senior engineers and strict operation regulations to enhance the management. The chemical electro-analyzer, similar to electrometer, can give accurate analysis result of the metals. Some of our products for current client are used under high pressure, which asked for higher safety requirements. Please be assured of this aspect.

We take X-ray inspection at ourside laboratory. It requires higher requirements for the operating expertise that need overal quality scan to find all the defects. If required, we could source for authorized institutes to do the test.

You can find from pictures we have good experience in Al castings. For your project, our engineers took closed study and proposed die/ gravity casting (permanent mould casting process) to acheive the required quality. This way, we can avoid the possible casting defects caused through investment casting, and can get better surface finish.
